Insurance Docs Pipeline

Swiss Post needed to update its legacy .NET insurance document processing system to improve speed and accuracy.

I led the modernization effort by integrating Tesseract OCR, enabling faster text extraction from scanned forms. This included implementing a new classification module to route documents automatically to the correct processing queue.

The project significantly reduced manual review time, decreased errors, and improved the overall throughput of insurance documentation workflows.
